Kyle is a strategic communicator who has served as a senior advisor to Members of Congress, Democratic campaigns, and progressive organizations. He is currently the Deputy Executive Director of the Tech Oversight Project, a 501(c)4 organization that advocates for tech accountability and digital competition legislation. He helped launch the organization in 2022, and since then, Kyle has helped lead the organization in the fight for federal competition reform, robust funding for antitrust enforcers, and kids’ online safety. In this role, he’s planned and executed aggressive national, state, and international communications plans, advised allied organizations on earned media strategies, and placed stories and opinion pieces on behalf of like-minded groups.
During the 2020 election, Kyle served as the Deputy Communications Director for American Bridge’s Trump War Room – leading the rapid response program, serving as the primary spokesperson, and shaping media coverage surrounding Donald Trump.
He has also worked on Capitol Hill in communications and advisory roles for high-profile Members of Congress from California, Maryland, and Delaware.
In his free time, Kyle can be found riding his bike around Washington, DC, rooting on Arsenal with friends, or playing with his two dogs, Blue and Dora.
